Our Story
It all started with memories in Zambia.
Growing up in Kawambwa, a rural village in Zambia’s Luapula province, I knew what it meant to dream bigger than your circumstances. My family lived on a school teacher’s modest income, which is equivalent to $100 American dollars per month. I remember walking approximately 2 hours to school on hot days, usually arriving hungry and fatigued. However, I was still one of the lucky ones. My older siblings eventually took me to the Copperbelt province. I still struggled to get textbooks and good grades but amidst the hard circumstances I never gave up the idea of helping others in a meaningful way. Eventually, with sheer hard work and determination I got the education that changed my life
